We are a cheese production facility on a Family owned/operated Dairy farm. We make our cheese with the freshest milk available (directly from the Cow), and age our cheddars to perfection! We have a Mild, Sharp and Extra Sharp Cheddar as well as a Cheddar that has been aging for 9 years! We also make Monterey Jacks, Cheese Curd and New for 2014 is Mozzarella! Farm tours are available by appointment. The retail shop is open Saturday's from 10-5. Stop by and say hi! Sampling is always available.
